The political, economic and social globalization is nowadays something characteristic for a future vision that stimulate our nation.
The universities have to, within this global frame, respond the international knowledge, its educational values and constituting its human resources.

Today March 31st ,1998 the university valle del Bravo is honored to have such distinguish personalities.
The university education at the beginning of the next century, a challenge to our universities.
The scientific and technologic development, the globalization and our access to the information era, are making that the university’s education has to modify its systems to continue developing the creativity because of the automation.
To be able to face this changes in the international field, the university institutions should have to take the right mean to add in their academic structures the new scientific knowledge, so it will have to fortify its ideas such as: the investigation, the university academic extension. Also the whole strategy to raise the quality of the education should be pointing towards the search for a social transformation, that impact the national and international sector.
The university’s institutions should face this new millennium with a new positive attitude, flexible that allow them to project them into the future.
In this technological changes, the university’s education has the responsibility to secure and encourage our culture and its values, as to answer that quality and excellency is showing us our future.
